Move data from one sheet to another sorted by zip code

I need a formula to scan through four Columnns. b,c,d,e Row 4 to 125

    Column one is City
    two is Zip
    three is 9AM
    four is 12 Midnight

There are two sheets in this work book.
top sheet is the sheet that collects the information called "Cars Needed"
    Second Sheet Employee "Car List"

I need to scan through b4 through e125
If a car is needed for that zip code a 1 will be pace in the d column for 9PM and the E column for midnight

I need the breakdown on how many cars I need for Brooklyn, how many for queens, New York, SI, Bronx
After that breakdown I want to add all the zip codes in the same row across. It should look like this below

    9:00 PM 12:00 PM

    Brooklyn 11223 1
    Bronx 10465 1
    New York 10026 1
    Brooklyn 11231
    SI 10312 1
    NYC 10463
    SI 10303 1
    Brooklyn 11223
    Bronx 10465 1
    New York 10026 1
    Brooklyn 11231
    SI 10312

This is the total for the first sheet I need 4 cars for 9 and 3 for midnight

    Brooklyn 1 9PM
    Bronx 2 midnight
    New York 2 PM
    SI 9 PM 1 midnight

can you give me a formula that I can work with please

    Re: Excel Formula

I can;t figure out where to edit the thread let alone start a new thread. So I see Edit post above and it ask me why I want to edit it not how or where I edit it. So I want to attach a spread sheet but there is no where to attach it. I should start the thread getting help using these threads.

I can't do any of the things that you tell me because I don't have the option to change the title. I can't find the place to start a new thread. You said to change my title....I am looking for help with a formula in excel. What else can I put there? I can understand an attachment but changing the title I don't know what I can write to explain it any better. Right now I am trying to get to a page that I can ask for help and I need help just to get there. I want to put an attachment right here and I can't for the life of me find a place to attach. All this silly stuff

Excel moving information from one sheet to a Total Sheet in an zip code order

"Insanty is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting it to come out different..."

I can't find the new Thead sheet ....I can't find where to change the threads. Maybe if I can start all over and set this thread from the beginning I will get some help.

All I wanted was to build a fomula that would take a list in a spread sheet and total it on the first page in the spread sheet. I attached a sample. This is to figure out how many cars I need at night to drive people home. Any suggestions would be welcomed. My bottom line is to join people that lived near each other to order less cars. Mary Ann
