I'm new to this forum and I'm not sure I'm posting in the right section, but I have a query regarding the creation of a Rota using Excel. I'm trying to create a rota in which the columns ( color coded ) represent the type of job an employee is requested to do, versus the two shifts required.
To get a better idea of what I'd need I've attached an example.
Also, if one other is doing say the job in the blue cell, they cannot do the red one during the same shift.
Any help would be appreciated.
