Can not save mobile number of 12 digits in CSV

Hello,

I have some mobile numbers in 10 and 12 digits. I want to save them in CSV format. Whn I do so the 10 digit number becomes something like 9.58E+11. If I change them to numbers then I can see them but when I reopen the file I find the same problem. Even if I copy and save them them text then also I see this weird E+11 type of format.
Please Help.

Try expanding the column. Excel will do that when the number is too long to fit in the column.

Also, are you using Parenthesis () and dashes or just the numbers?

I can't do that. Even if I save them as Number format then when I reopen the file then I see those E+11 like digits.

Sorry Yogi. I can't seem to duplicate the problem. The only time I get those numbers is when the number in the column is too long to fit in it. I resize the column and it shows up like a normal number.

I'll continie to try later when I get some more time. Hopefully, someone else can figure it out in the meantime.
