How to return indexed items based on a condition - drop-down menu

Hi there,

What I'm trying to do is to basically look up a named range (column), and use it as input to a drop-down list.

The issue I'm having is that I'm not able to return the items based on a condition, for example, only return items 6 characters long.

This is the formula as-is. This is what i use as the source for my drop-down list:
