i need help in creating an excel sheet that accrues vacaton time. but its by days not hours. basically in one a year a person earns 4 weeks (28 days) so i need to know how much that person accrues in a month which is 2.33 but i need to know how to put that into an excel sheet. right now theres 3 employees total. can someone please please please help me.
You've just answered your own question.
Person A earns 4 weeks (28 days), per month that would be 28 / 12 = 2.33
Just divide the person's total amount accrued by 12
Course this is just an average of days accrued per month.

yeah but how do i like input it into a proper excel sheet? is that all the formula i need? like the attachment 2009 Vacation Calendar Calculation Test (1).xlsi want to change it from hours to days..my boss wants a proper worksheet.. can someone help me to create one.. im so bad with excel... :-(
