Find data in two 2 excel files to find duplicates in Excel

Hi , I have two excel files and want to find duplicates data , any help please ?

How much duplicate data are we talking about here?
Cells?
Arrays / Matrices?
Entire rows / columns?
Worksheets?

Three columns and 50 rows , one worksheet . 2 exel files

maybe use conditional formatting to highlight the differences

In one of the workbook say sample1.xlsx,
insert conditional formatting,
manage rules,
new rule,
use a formula to determine rule,

"=$A1<>[sampler.xlsx]sheet1!$A1"

Then use format painter and use on the rest of column A column

note: you can have 1 condition for every column like above so that every column can have different formatting.
