    Database Table Listing (ODBC)

I know this may be under the wrong forum, but I wasn't sure where to post this.

I use ODBC data for many manual "reports". I know how to do a query and get the info I need form the tables (if i know the table names) My question is how do i get a complete listing of what is in my database? I have a very old one that was handed down to me and it is very outdated.

*side note: I know NOTHING about programming or VBA so if you are going to give me instructions, please handle it like I am a "complete idiot" and walk me through it. I have scoured the net for an answer but they all tie back to runnign some kind of code and I don't k now where I would be putting it to get what I need.

Can't you just open the database and have a look?

Yes, but I would like a master listing to search for other table_names that might fit what I am looking for.
