A table without duplicated information

Greeting all,
I'm trying to make a table but the special thing that I want is that I want to make a table which shows me the doublicated information... e.g. I'm making a table of the student who misbehave, so I type a name of a student whom I typed his name before, the program will let me know that this name has been typed before. But will let me type it with highlighting this row...
So, how can I make such tables??? (if possible)

Hi,

Select that column, Go to 'Home' tab, Click on Conditional Formatting, Select Highlight cells rule, chose the option 'Duplicate values'.

Remember the table you wanted to enter the data or entire column should be selected prior to doing above procedure.

Now write the name of student twice it will show the duplicate in colour.
