Hi James,
Welcome to the forum.
Try using below formula:-
{=SUM((Data!$A$1:$A$21='Score Board'!$A2)*(Data!$B$1:$B$21="10-- Extremely likely"),(Data!$A$1:$A$21='Score Board'!$A2)*(Data!$B$1:$B$21=9))}
above formula need to be entered with key combination ctrl + shift + Enter

Hi,
From my question I'm trying to get how many customer provided the answer 0-- Not likely at all and 6 on Worksheet named Data and placed it on Column D, what would be the best formula that I can do if I want to get how many customer provided the answer 0-- Not likely, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and placed it on column D. Meaning the range is 0-- Not likely up to 6.
Greatly appreciate your assistance on this one.
