More efficient way to pull weightings other than a nested if statement

    Hey all,

I was curious how to correctly pull a weighting given a master table designating a weight. I originally had the weightings set up using 5 different options, so I created a nested if statement to pull the correct weighting. Since the beginning of my project I have come to find that the 5 different options were inefficient and somewhat lazy. I have decided to go to 12 different options and feel that writing a nested if statement with 12 different options is ridiculous. I was curious if there was a way to pull the correct weighting more effectively. I have heard a countif statement or something like that may work, but I cannot seem to get it to work in my situation. I have attached the excel that describes the issue at hand. I realize this may be a bit of a confusing description, so please ask away.

In the end I want cells I3:I14 to line up with the respective weightings given a priority number described in A3:A14. Thanks a lot!!
