Stock prices - how to insert?

Does anyone know how to insert stock prices and company names into Excel 2007. before my hard drive crashed last month I was able to import this information from MSN. But after the crash the links were severed and I can't recall what steps to take to include this information in my spreadsheet.

Data menu
then choose ->From web
window will appear.
paste the url of the Table from MSN on that same window the table or the page will be displayed
scroll to the Table you see a Yellow arrow on the top of the Table click that arrow
Then Click the button Import below the window
