    Create outlook email from details in cell.

    Hi guys, not sure if this question was appropriate here or an outlook forum but I will give it a go.

    I have a list of study participants I need to email at regular intervals. I have there First name, Last name and email address in organised cells. I have a template ready to go my question is can I somehow automatically create an email that will enter the email address and first and last name into the template. Just to save me copying over email, last name, first name every single time.

    Hi

    this depends a bit on how your sheets are configured

    this macro assumes you have selected the cells with the email addresses in them (eg in column A). First names are in the column to the right of these (eg in column B), second names the next column (eg in column C) and the text message in the next column (eg in column D). You can probably tweak it to suit how your data are arranged:
