    Conditional Formatting using Icon Sets

For the life of me I can't remember how you do this...

I have two columns - one showing a 'time' and one showing an 'actual time'. What I want is for a tick to appear in the 'actual time' column when it matches the time in the 'time' column and a cross if it doesn't match....

You should be able to use the conditional format wizard setting up the rule for cells whose value is equal to xxx where the cell to compare is the 'actual time' and the equal to is the 'time'.
