Not sure what happened, but when I write into a cell, it shows me a drop-down with different characters. I can't write plain English anymore. How can I change it back? Thanks.
Update: I can't even enter formulas. It doesn't recognize the = sign.

Hi McMuney
Check the font in use for the cell in question. If it's symbol or wingdings that might be the culprit
