Duplicating values in the same column

hi,

i am trying to turn a set of numbers from a column:

1
2
3
4
5


Into this:

1
1
1
1
1
2
2
2
2
2
3
3
3
3
3
etc.

i have 60 values in the column where i need to repeat each value 11 times,

i have tried to look for guides but i am unsure what this is generally called!

i think a macro could work? but i have no idea how to code them.

any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated!
