    FUTA tax by month with salary cap

    I need a little more help - you guys were so good the other day i have high expectations now.

    So I am trying to figure out a month by month equation for FUTA.

    FUTA would be monthly from column Z to AK.

    the cap is j4
    the FUTA rate is i4
    We have a 4,4,5 week month for our fiscal quarter - which explains the salary equation by month

    I saw other equations for FICA but with the rate possible changing I figured it just as easy to seperate out.

    Here is a FUTA SUTA spreadsheet I created. I used a similar one at a CPA office I used to work at. I hope it helps.
