Question Comparing 3 columns of data to find how its related to column 1?

Hello all! I've been doing some searching and am a bit confused.
Lets say I want to compare tire sizes. Sizes I have available to me from two different locations and whether or not that specific tire size carried by location is available on website. Does this make sense?

    Column 1 (website)

    225/50-15 L
    235/45-16 V
    255/40-17 V
    265/35-18 L

    Column 2 Location A
    235/45-16 V
    295/25-20

    Column 3 Location B
    225/50-15 L
    255/40-17 V
    235/45-16 V

The actual list would be much larger. So using the data we could determine:
Location A has a size available not on the site.
    Location A & B carry the same tire size in 235/45-16 V
Website does not have available to it 265/35-18 L
    etc.

Any help or pointers or where to learn the formulas required to this would be greatly appreciated!

edit: I suppose I should include a final result. Is it possible to color code the whole thing I can do that when comparing location A to website or location B to website.
