Compare Sheet1Columns A with Sheet2 Column A and output the difference to Sheet3 Column A

Looking for an easy way to output to Sheet3, Column A the missing rows from Sheet1 Column A found in Sheet2 Column A.

    Example:
    Sheet1 Column A
    John, Smith
    Robert, Johnson
    Eric, Stoneway

    Sheet2 Column A
    John, Smith
    Larry, Robinson
    Robert, Johnson
    Eric, Stoneway

Sheet3 Column A (this is what I want to create)
    Larry, Robinson

    Using Excel 2010.
    Thank you,
    Gary

    Hi Gary

Attached is one way to do it - not sure if it is the most simple, but it does work.

Sheet 1 - Has just your data source with names in column A
Sheet 2 - Data source starts at column C. Has two columns off to the left of the data source that calculate if the name in sheet 2 appears in sheet 1. If it does not then it displays it in column B.
Sheet 3 - Has an array formula that condenses all names displayed in Sheet 2 - Column B removing all gaps. Must use ctrl + shift + enter when typing.

Note: this is hardcoded to 1000 rows
