Screen Flicker with optionbutton change

I get this Screen & CommandButton flicker when I change the option button. Been working on this project for a couple weeks, and had a lot of Great help from
everyone on this forum. I drove a lot of people nuts, but they got my ideas none. I stripped down this workbook for a example, if I cut the image out I get no commandbutton flicker. I think
it got something to do with the image control? I need a expert to solve this one, I think its the last bug in my project.
