Selecting Worksheet Using a Keyboard Rather than a Mouse

I hope that this is something simple but is there a simple way to tab between worksheets within a spreadsheet by using the keyboard rather than a mouse?

is there any keyboard shortcut for pull handle (for the below)

left click and holding the plus symbol on the right hand bottom corner of the selected cell and drag down to copy the cell to the dragged number of cells
