Match cells in multiple colums

I've seen similar posts in this thread but none that quite met my needs so my apology if this is redundant.

I have 3 columns of sorted data, each from different sources. I am trying to match or pair up like cells across each column similar to the following;

Before.jpgAfter.jpg


Is there an easy =MATCH formula or other way to accomplish this? Any help is appreciated.

should i attach a pic of your solution lol? it would be far easier to help you if you uploaded a sample workbook, showing your data, what your expected outcome is and how you arrived at it
