Not many clues there!
If it's just one spreadsheet, that implies that the computer is OK and that Excel is OK. Which in turn points the finger at the spreadsheet itself.
You're probably going to need to upload it or a sample for anyone to offer a suggestion.

If you have Skype installed, uninstall it. Worked for me.
