    [SOLVED] diff type of filter

    usually i filter by some type of information, a name, number etc.

    this time i want to find all the cells in a column that i've highlighted a certain color. can that somehow be done?

    hi zazzz. you can do that in Excel 2007 & above. when you click on the Autofilter, you should be able to see "Filter by Color"

    Use AutoFilter with the filter by color option.
