Copying Values From 2 seperate workbooks. Not copying over data in shaded Cells

So. I want to take data from "spreadsheet 1" and bring it over to "spreadsheet 2" Spreadsheet 1 has formulas set up in it so that when a site is closed there is still a number placed in that box so it does not change the average but this box is shaded grey so i know it was closed. In spreadsheet 2 i do not want to have the shaded number show up. One is tracking averages of items to be sent to the site. The other is tracking how much of an item the site is using daily. So i have copied the column from spreadsheet one over two spreadsheet 2. Is there a way to tell the second spreadshett that if the cell does not have "no fill" to not bring that number over to the sheet. These are 2 seperate saved files. Not a similar workbook with seperate pages. Spreadsheet 1: Pretend the "18.8" is my shaded cell in the first document i have saved
    14
    23
    18
    17
    22
    18.8
    10

In my second document I want my cells to look like this
    14
    23
    18
    17
    22
    10

    Please help. Im learning.

Copy -> Paste values only and then delete the cell where it says 18.8?

I think you have to be more specific about what you want. Do you want a macro performing this or do you want formulas?

As always a sample workbook helps a lot. Click Go Advanced below to the right and then click the paperclip in order to attach a sample workbook.
