Need dynamic message in validation popup

Data entry validation -Hello I have situation were the range of valid entries changes. Valid entries can be a number with a format of ##.## however the range of valid numbers change with other changes on the spreadsheet. I am able to change the range but not the message showing that range of possibilities.
