    Weekly schedule

    Hi guys

I want to make a weekly schedule for every person. When I type a name at the schedule, this schedule will look the data at the DATA sheet based on the name and all the information will be transfer to the schedule so the formula will be vlookup.

While at the DATA sheet, there is two types, DELIVERED and IN PROGRESS. Data that I want to appear at schedule will be IN PROGRESS data, so I make a filter to filter only IN PROGRESS.

What i'm wondering is how i'm going to do the vlookup function? I means, how vlookup will look up data in sequence? ie, I type Jack at the Name column in the schedule sheet, all the data from DATA sheet that related to Jack will appear in schedule. And, if I want to type other name, ie Mark, all data related to Mark will appear in the schedule. Is vlookup can function if table array is in filter mode?

I already attach a simple dummy file for you guys to look at. I hope, you guys can help me. Thanks a lot
