Has anyone encountered problems when trying to change theme fonts?

I'm trying to select a custom font, but it's not appearing in the font list. (I went – Page Layout, Themes, Fonts, Create New Theme Fonts.) Shouldn't every active font appear in that list?

It's a truetype font so it should work, theoretically.
