Transform correlation matrix into a vector-column

Hi. I have a correlation matrix in excel with the first row and the first column being the names of the variables.
eg
Alfa Beta Gamma
Alfa 1 0.3 0.7

Beta 0.3 1 0.5

Gamma 0.7 0.5 1

I need to transform this matrix into 3 colums, eg

Alfa Alfa 1
Alfa Beta 0.3
Alfa Gamma 0.7
.....

I have lots of matrices like this so I need to find an easy way to do it, but my excel knowledge is quite limited.
Can anyone help?
