Changed the color of font when criteria met

Dear all,

I wanted to change the color font in a cell and send a email to the designate person once the date have been expired. The email part functions well but it doesnt highlight the date when the date passed. Anyone can help to find out the problem in my worksheet.

You only have one conditional format specified and that highlights empty cells. You need to add conditional formatting if the date in the cell is less than today's date - e.g., E7<TODAY()

Can i know why there is a time shown after the date of the email sent by the worksheet?
