Unhappy Highlight cells in row if any blanks but no highlight if all populated?

    Good Afternoon

    Please help........

What I need is.....for Cells A4:L4...if no cells are populated then for there to be no highlight, if one or more cells are populated then the remaining blank cells need to be hightlighted then, once all cells are populated the highlight needs to be removed - is this possible? I then need to replicate it down the rows i.e. A5:L5, A6:L6, etc - does that make sense?

    Any help greatly appreciated!!

    Many Thanks
