When checking a radiobox, will make text appear within a cell with existing text

I basically have a notetaking sheet that I use at work for other users. I want to have an option that would add "yes" or "no" to a cell with existing text. If there is something easier I can add thatd be better. Im still new to this part of excel.

For a directly usable reply you'd have to supply a sample or b more specific about "a cell with existing text" and "add yes or no" .
