Supposing I have a table like this:

and I want to add rows in, but keep the format and the formulas. Is there any easy way to do it?
What if I want to add a column somewhere in the middle? Can it be done without upsetting the cell lookups in the cells to the right of the new inserted column?

If you are inserting a row in between data then press Ctrl+D to apply the above formula down to the row.I want to add rows in, but keep the format and the formulas. Is there any easy way to do it?
For column select the range and use Ctrl+R to fill the left column formula
