Is it possible to resize a table and keep format & formulas?

    Hi!

Supposing I have a table like this:

    Table.jpg

and I want to add rows in, but keep the format and the formulas. Is there any easy way to do it?

What if I want to add a column somewhere in the middle? Can it be done without upsetting the cell lookups in the cells to the right of the new inserted column?

    Thanks.

It depends how you targeted the cells in your formula by Absolute Reference or Relative Reference.

If you are inserting a row in between data then press Ctrl+D to apply the above formula down to the row.
For column select the range and use Ctrl+R to fill the left column formula

    Hope this helps!
