How to get sum value of dropbox values

In my excel workbook, in worksheet "Team Change Report (Step 2)" I am having trouble with excel calculating the numerical sum that shows up in D3 and D4 and I2

In the worksheet "Final Team Report (Step 3)" You can see that Frank Westfall is 82 OVR...in D3.

However He is actually supposed to be 83 (1+1-2) (His original overall is 83)

For some reason Excel only takes the first value when Frank Westfall appears in each column and applies it. It will not apply any additional value to the total when Frank Westfall is selected again.

    I have attached the workbook.
