Track high score and transfer info

I am trying to create a workbook where each individual player has their own sheet that keeps track of their highest scores over a series of games. I have created a column that has a formula for ranking that is working well. What I would like is for the highest ranking score and the name of that particular game to automatically transfer from the player's individual sheets on to a summary sheet of all the player's highest scores. I thought it would be easy, something like (if rank =1, then put this game name and this score on the front page) but it isn't for me! Does anyone have any ideas how to go about this? Many thanks!

See my attached workbook for an example. The key is that the names in Column A in the Summary Sheet EXACTLY match the names on the worksheet tabs.

    It uses the formula:

I will give this a try for sure. I can't believe you answered it so quickly - brilliant! Is there a way to transfer the name of the game that has the corresponding high score? For instance, Vince scored 9 points in the game against Clear Lake, so there would be a column with a cell saying "Clear Lake" with the colum directly to its right saying "9." Paul, who is directly under Vince on the summary sheet scored 32 points in the game against Lincoln, in the cell directly under Vince's "Clear Lake" it would say "Lincoln" and the cell directly under Vince's "9" it would say "32."
