Password protection for action buttons

Hi
I have a large workbook which contains lots of worksheets, I have button to direct the user to the appropriate area required but I would like to password protect each button. Protecting the sheet seems easy enough but I can't seem to work out how to protect the buttons.
I've attached a sample of the button sheet.
Any help would be gratefully received.
