Highlighting duplicate rows on 2 sheets depending on Value of cell

Hi All

I need a conditional format or a VBA code which will highlight duplicate SKU's on 2 sheets depending on whether there is a quantity in QTY column on my main sheet.


I have attached a sample sheet for a play. Any help would be great.

That works but it works regardless of quantities in column C.

I need it to highlight only if there is a number above 0 on sheet 2.
