Color chart refer to people

Hi guys.

I dont know whether this problems is in VBA part or formula because right now I'm doing the chart using formula. I create a simple table with a simple chart. I highlight the chart (F5:R9) and then I make the conditional formatting and then put the formula =AND(1st chart's time>=start time, 2nd chart's time<=end time) [=AND(F$4>=$D5,G$4<=$E5)] This formula will refer to the start time and start end and then I format to yellow color. What i want is that the conditional formatting will highlight the chart based on the staff.

For example: 1st row is Staff A, 2nd row staff B and 3rd row staff c. If staff A's color is green, then the chart will highlight with green, if the staff's B color is red, the chart will highlight with red color and if the staff C's color is yellow, the chart will highlight with yellow.

I think this situation need a macro but maybe someone knows how to do by using formula especially vlookup. I only have the idea by using vlookup before the chart and the color will trigger the chart's color but i dont know how to do that. Someone can help me? I already attach a simple dummy file for you guys to look at.
