Inventory system

my name is shakeel ahmad and i m doing a job as store keeper. basically i m doing a job in a manufacturing company.

i m attaching a worksheet of my system that i m using.

if any body have an other solution please tell me how can i manage it.

scenario is as follows:

1. material request for a specific job
2. LPO
3. receiving of material as per job
4.issuing of material as per job.
Now i want to make a system that help me to manage the inventory stock.
Problem:
for example if i ll issue the material to another project which hv no material in stock then it should be prompted as replacement.

if anyone have a better solution to make a good inventory system as per my requirement that will be good for me and i ll be very thankfull.
other wise suggest me how can i make it using macros or any other way.
