How To Link Worksheets to update automatically

I have an annual budget file that I want to link to a tab in another file / worksheet.
I want to link the entire worksheet not just a cell
I have used the auto sum function but this appears to only work for a single cell
Any help is appreciated

Thanks for the tip but there is a pop up stating "not enough memory" when I use pastelink

I can't pastelink the whole sheet but i can do with groups of data.
