Downloaded Text File from Old Accounting System - How To Format

Hello everyone:

I downloaded a text file from our AMS accounting software (dating from circa 2000) and it has all of the columns of the report in one column instead of broken out. Please let me know how I can manipulate the file so that they are separated into several columns. I have attached the file so it can be looked at. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
