Missing Gridlines

Hi All,

I understand to Hide/Show gridlines is to go to:
Tools> Options> View> Under the windows options> Uncheck/check Gridlines

However in this case, after receiving the file from a colleague, the border lines are still there however, the gridlines has disappear.
I've checked for the gridline colours to be Automatic rather than white, but its still invalid.

Any other options?
