HELP! Auto Populate Links in Excel?????

I work for an IT dept and I am using excel can use access) to put tickets into my own system. I want to put a Property Control, Number in 1 column and have it auto fill in the link to that PCN webpage. Ex. put in 2001001 and it will link to http://intranet.company.com/inventory/pcn=2001001 . How can I do this?

PS I am a noob to excel. I use it very little.

Well that is what I was looking for kinda. Attach is my template. I want to put in a number into the old pcn field and have it auto generate "http://intranet.company.com/inventory/pcn=2005001" or whatever I type there. In the Name, I want to type testpc17 and it make the link \\testpc17\ Any ideas?
