Automatic Pivot Update?

Hi excel forum community!

Previously you guys have helped me a ton with spreadsheets etc and there's a couple I am still using everyday (see attached)!

I need to add more to this.

At the moment I download a report from a website, before pasting the data into the "tickets, overdue,due, to be updated template" I sort it by 'request date - oldest to new'.

After this I then paste the data in to cell A2.

Next I can refresh the tables starting from column M+N "Overdue" "Due Today" (P+Q) and "To be Updated" (S+T) to show all the updated data.

Next, I have in column V+W+X with a 'DateDIF' command to count the oldest dated 'requested' ticket back in column 'D' and to show me who the rep and Team Leader are for the top 10 oldest tickets.


The only bit I am struggling with is the "Team Leader Team Tickets" pivot. I would like it to update automatically just like the tables do.

However at present I have to copy+paste the overdue names and numbers from columns M+N, paste into the 'vlookup' sheet, and then highlight B2+C2 downward and build a brand new pivot to put on the front sheet everytime...anyway around this???



Lastly, I would love to have another table showing in cell K20 downwards (or anywhere) that displayed names of reps that 'needed more tickets'.

This would be based on something like 'less than 5 overdue, less than 5 due, less than 10 to be updated' - any rep that qualified for those 3 rules would appear in another table saying 'need more tickets' - could it be done?
