Comparison chart help

I've had a stab at creating some data as in your example image and created a standard Column chart to compare the count of Male and Female marks (x) against each product. This is just one way of charting a comparison you could use many others but I hope it gives you an idea of how to put together the formulas to do the count with your layout. You can repeat this for both options.

what formula should I use and how should I present it?

Glad it was of some use. I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say:

Does 'Group" refer to Male/Female, various products or the Existing/New Car Options?

I've attached a file with a sheet of tables made up from your example data and you can produce various charts from these. However, I'm not sure exactly what it is you wish to compare and there are many chart options. I've placed a couple of charts on another sheet by way of an example.

If you can provide a little more information, myself or other forum members might be able to help you further.
