I need help.. Ugent! How can I connect one number to an entire row?

Hi, I have been going crazy these last days with excel. I have been looking everywhere for an answer to this question but have found none.

My question is:

I would like to know how i can make a number "main number" like , if i have a row like this:

500 (lets say this where to be the main number. and below comes the other ones)

500
500
500
500

Now, how can I connect these numbers to the "main number" so that if i chance the main number to 300, all the other numbers below in the row also changes but automatically..

Ex. Now iI want to change 500 to 300 instead and automatically all numbers below also changes. Because hthey are somewhat related to this number. Everytime I change this number, all number related/connected to this number also changes..

I dont know If I am making myself very clear as it is a little bit difficult to explain..

How to I put the formula in together with the number. For ex, when I do this it doesnt work : =$C$6500. I see that when I press the number it only comes up =$C$6.
