2 things wrong with this work book :(

Main issues the size of workbook is WAY too big considering its content. I suspect the issue is due to empty cell ranges I have not yet identified.
Removing these using ctrl+End has already reduced the size considerably.


The second is that Excel is claiming there are links to other locations in the workbook witha prompt. Yet I can't locate these (unless its reffering to the URLS in the "MLF" sheet).

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
