Automatically get data from Sheet1 to Sheet2 without using any button/condition

Hello,

I'm in need of a macro which helps me to get the data from a column in Sheet1 to a column in Sheet2. I have gone through the postings but those have some condition to transfer data. However, in my case, I don't want to use any condition. The moment I enter some data in a column in sheet1, it should appear in a column of sheet2.

Also, is it possible to do this without using any macro button. I mean to say, I have a code assigned to a button and the moment I hit it, I get data to other sheet. But I don't want it in this code. I cannot say my users to hit the button all the time. So, if a user enter something in sheet1, it should automatically pop up in sheet2.

Sorry if I sounds very silly but I'm not so good with VBA and cannot modify the code according to my needs. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

The same column would be fine. We are working for support where we get issues daily. We need to fix them and inform user. My requirement is to track the no. of issues we handled. I will be adding the title of the issue in a column of sheet1. Then it should get pasted in column of sheet2 and should go to next cell in the same column. When I add the title of another issue in the next cell of the column of sheet1, it should get pasted in that cell of sheet2.
Data should not get overwritten. I don't want sheet2 to activate. It should happen without notice. Everytime Sheet1 only should be visible.
Please bare with me if I'm not clear.
