Monthly Lotto Tracker

Hi All
I'm managing a lotto pool at work, and I'm looking or a little help in completing my tracker. I've seen spreadsheets that track single drawings using conditional formatting highlight the winning numbers in multiple rows of user numbers. this is perfect and I've been able to replicate this, however our pool tracks numbers over the course of a month (ranging from 8 - 9 games in a row). so for example lets say there are 12 people in the pool, each of which have their own constant numbers, (12 sets of numbers that do not change for the entire month). How do I turn the weekly tracker I've seen into something that will track our numbers over a series of games?

well, the template I've created is actually set up for the year. I have the 1st tab set up to track everyone's payments and winnings etc for the entire year, and then 12 tabs for each months numbers.
a little complex perhaps and over the top, I know, but this is what has evolved over the years and why change what works right? what I'm trying to do is to make this as simple as possible with not too much work involved. I want to just populate the numbers in the beginning of the month and the winning numbers after each drawing.
to answer your question, there would be varying weeks, as you mentioned some months have 4 or 5 weeks. Our lotto draws twice a week, so there is potentially 8-9 games per month.

I've attached an example of what I've come up with today to perhaps handle the numbers tracking issue, I'm no Excel genius, so I'm sure there is an easier/better way.
Now if I could only have it calculate the winnings for me, it'll be perfect.......

.... it should say Draw 1, draw 2, draw 3 etc instead of weeks, sorry

I wouldn't hold your breath on winning any jackpots, but it sure does make my job a lot easier

hi lee, came across your result excel sheet, was wondering if it was if you could add something to say who has paid for each week/date please.
