How to create custom icons for Quick Access Toolbar?

So I'm trying to figure out how to create custom icons for Quick Access Toolbar, something that's not provided by Excel. I'd like to have a couple of custom ones to represent the macros that I've built. Does anyone know how to make those? Here is an example of what I'm talking about.

Ok, so I was able to download a program for creating Icons, and able to create the. How do I actually deploy the icons to excel 2010. The instructions I've found are valid for older version.
