Pivot Table Tabular Form Formatting Help

    Hi,

I am trying replicate the following pivot table in tabular form. For the Quarter column, how to I align the quarters (2004Q1, 2004Q2, etc) one cell below 2004 (column to the left)?

Right now, when I format it, the quarter 2004Q1 aligns right next to the year 2004 on the left column.

    See attached link for screenshot.

    Thanks

I believe it (Quarter) is in Row Data so just take your mouse pointer above that column header and you will see a small black color drop down arrow, then click when it appears and apply the desired formatting so that it will get fixed with Pivot in case of refresh also.
